EDUCATIONAL INTERNAL CAMPAIGN

“Your next job will find you!” That’s music to the ears of a workhand. TrueBlue is a temporary staffing corporation where laborers show up at each field office in person, usually way before dawn. When a new technology tool was introduced allowing field managers to send text messages instead, saving time and effort, there was still much resistance to the change. We rolled out an educational internal campaign that broke down the complex system into easy-to-understand language, and established the trust necessary to get laborers to give it a try, which, in turn gave branch managers more time to acquire new clients and grow their business.
